Our leaf guards are a fine stainless-steel micro-mesh set in a rigid aluminum frame. The frame slides under the first course of shingles and fastens to the front lip of your gutter. Surface tension pulls water through the mesh, while debris sits on top until wind and rain carry it off the edge.

Will leaf guards stop every bit of debris?
They stop leaves, needles, seed pods and most shingle grit. Over time some fine pollen can settle on top of the mesh. A rinse with a garden hose clears it, with no need to open the gutters.
Can leaf guards go on my existing gutters?
Yes. Choose "Leaf Guards only" on your estimate and we'll price Leaf Guards for the gutters already on your home.
Do they void my roof warranty?
The frame slides under the first course of shingles without nailing through them, which is the approach most shingle manufacturers prefer.
